The delivery of products purchased on www.izmee.com takes place within 7 working days after the order in Italy and the EU and within 15 days for all other destinations.
Delivery times may be subject to delays during holidays or exceptional events; couriers do not deliver on 25/12, 26/12, 01/01 or at weekends.
For orders placed by credit card, one working day must be added to the usual delivery time for routine administrative checks.
INFORMATION ON THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY AND RETURNS FOR DEFECTS OR NON-CONFORMITY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return the products within 14 days of receiving your order.
Upon receipt of the order, you must in any case wait 24 hours to allow the delivery status update within your personal account. Once the update has been carried out, the return option will be enabled.
If you are already registered on the Site, you can make the return directly from your reserved area. If you are not registered, you can request the return by clicking on the “Unregistered User” link shown below.
RETURNS REQUEST PROCEDURE
To make a return, follow these simple steps:
- 1. After 24 hours from receipt of your order, log in to your account here: Login. Click on the “My Orders” section and then on “Request return”. Select the order containing the items you wish to return or replace, specifying the reason and the request.
We remind you that you can only replace products that are received damaged, defective or wrong items; replacements for change of product are not accepted.
- Check your mailbox: you will receive a confirmation email containing the returns form with the Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) code, the courier contact information for returning the package and our warehouse address , which you must print and affix to the outside of the box containing the products you wish to return.
If you decide to use our courier, the cost of the service will be deducted from the product refund.
Do you want to print your Returns Form? You can download it directly from your account by accessing the “My Returns” area. Mark the Return Merchandise Authorisation code (RMA), view the request and click on “Download Returns Form (PDF)”.
- Put the products in their original packaging; they must be returned in the same condition in which you received them, i.e. in perfect condition, complete with all their components, unused and with the original packaging and any manuals, labels and tags still attached to the product.
Returned items will be checked by our warehouse to ensure that they have been returned intact. We will charge you for any diminution in value of the goods and refund you only for the residual value of the Product.
- Print the returns form and place it inside the box containing the products you want to return. Affix our warehouse address to the outside of the box.

LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY – RETURNING DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR WRONG ITEMS
In case of defects and/or non-conformities, you have the right to have the conformity of the product restored through repair or replacement, or alternative remedies in cases expressly provided by art. 130 of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005.
If you have received a damaged, non-conforming, defective or wrong product, you can request the repair, replacement or refund of the article within 2 (two) months of discovering of the fault.
Pursuant to and for the purposes of European Directive 44/99/EC and Articles 128 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the products that you have purchased are covered by legal guarantee of conformity, which covers conformity defects of the products up to 24 (twenty four) months from delivery.
To request a refund, follow the instructions shown in the previous paragraph – “Return Request” – indicating “Product damaged, non-conforming or wrong shipment” as the specific reason and attaching one or more images of the item in question, in which the defect is clearly visible.
On completion of the procedure, you will receive a confirmation email containing the returns form and all the shipping instructions.
Authorisation for return of the products shall in no circumstances imply acknowledgement of the defect or non-conformity, the existence of which shall be ascertained by us after the return.
We reserve the right to refund you for the defective item only after carrying out appropriate quality checks, to verify the actual non-conformity of the returned product.
If the non-conformity of the product is ascertained, we will carry out the refund with the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card, prepaid card, PayPal, etc.) or by bank transfer.
