HOW DO I ORDER A PRODUCT?
Here’s a simple guide:
Choose the type of reusable water bottle or other product you want from the “shop” menu at the top left. Alternatively, click on “Search” to find a specific product.
Select the graphics or colour of the steel water bottle and the size you would like, then click on “Add to cart”. When you have chosen all the articles you wish to purchase, proceed to checkout.
Log in, or register if you have not yet done so. If you don’t have an account, you can make a purchase as a guest.
Enter your shipping address and payment information to complete your order. Once payment has been confirmed, we will prepare your order with care and ship it to you promptly. You will receive email updates on the status of shipping.
You can check your order status at any time in the appropriate section of your profile.
DO I NEED TO HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You can make purchases as a “guest”, simply using your email address. We recommend you create an account so you can add your favourite items to your Wishlist, keep track of your orders and access all site functions.

CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
You will not be able to cancel or change your order once you have finished placing your order and paid for it.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the products within 14 days of receiving your order.
After receiving your order, wait 24 hours to permit delivery of the order to be registered in your account. Once the order is shown as delivered, you will be able to request a return.
I REALLY LIKE A STEEL WATER BOTTLE THAT IS “SOLD OUT”. WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?
When stated, you can click on “Notify me when back in stock” and enter your email address. You will be notified when the article is back in stock.
Alternatively, you may email our customer service and ask whether the article is available in our retail network or will be back in stock online soon.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are normally delivered within 7 working days of placing your order, in Italy and the EU, or within 15 days for all other destinations.Delivery may be delayed due to holidays or exceptional circumstances.
Orders paid for by credit card require one additional working day for regular administrative procedures.

Your order will be carefully packaged in a box designed specifically to ensure that all IZMEE products arrive in perfect condition. The IZMEE steel water bottle is contained in a box that matches the graphics of the bottle inside. Instructions for taking care of your reusable water bottle are provided inside the box.
